NOMINATE A LOCAL GOOD CAUSE

You are invited to nominate your favorite charity by visiting our Facebook page and writing on our wall.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can email GiveBack [at] cole-services.com with your entry.

At the end of the month, a member of our staff will randomly select one such entry and, provided the charity has 503-C IRS status, we’ll donate $1,000 to them. The more nominations your local good cause receives the better chance it has!

Each donation will be featured on our Facebook page and website. With your permission, we’d like to give you credit for the selection. We’ll also announce all winners through the local press to encourage others to make donations.

The drawing is not restricted to Cole Services customers, so please encourage your friends to submit nominations of their own.

NOMINATION RULES As with any such undertaking, certain rules must apply. We have just a few:

This is a random drawing and your name may be selected only once a year.

We will accept one entry per month per individual.
You may re-enter every month if your name has not been selected in the same calendar year.
If we are unable to confirm charitable status of the nominee, we will have to disallow the nomination.
The selected charity must have 503-C IRS not-for-profit tax status.
You must provide sufficient information on your nominated charity.

The stars I'm giving are for our service rep, Kai. We have not had the best service with Cole up to this point to say the least. We were expecting another poor experience, but from the moment Kai showed up (on time) she was nothing but helpful and friendly. She found the issue, corrected it and then tested the fix several times to make sure it was, in fact, fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Kai and will always request her to be our service tech.

The staff at Cole Services is very accommodating and courteous... Bernard in the office saw that I was not able to leave and get my husband a birthday card because I was waiting for the reps to come for an appt... so he very graciously offered to have them stop and buy a card for me.... and they did!!!
